Went for Dinner. Everything was great

My wife and I celebrated our 5th Anniversary at the Watermark and I must start by saying that the hotel staff, the concierge and their valet services were nothing short of exceptional. But once we sat down for our dinner reservations @ The Gregory, we could feel an IMMEDIATE difference in the staff: Not only was the waitress very impolite, she was also tending to all of the other patrons MULTIPLE TIMES before coming to check to see if we needed anything (in which we did, several times). We ordered 2 entrees and neither came out as we ordered. Overall, we felt as though she didn’t care for our service. And this was a big deal for me because the dinner was the “main course” for the evening. That was supposed to be the cherry on top and it was very subpar. I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend the hotel to any and everyone but we didn’t have the best experience at the restaurant. So ⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my opinion. Would be 5 Stars if the restaurant wasn’t such a turn-off. But that was one visit, and one waitress. We’ll definitely go again to see if that night was just an outlier and I’ll update my review accordingly.

Beautiful Hotel that has a romantic feel the minute you walk in. Awesome service! We ate at The Gregory which was delicious. Definitely will be back!
